This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative product development while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble electromechanical devices by following detailed schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions.\nSolder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using IPC 610 standards.\nInstall electrical wiring and connect components utilizing hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.\nVerify component placement and solder joints through visual inspection and testing procedures.\nUse calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement tools to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.\nInterpret schematics and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot assembly issues effectively.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and implement quality improvements.\nConduct functional testing of assembled units to confirm operational performance.\nDocument assembly activities accurately for traceability and quality assurance purposes.\nRequirements\nProven experience in electromechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of PCB fabrication, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques.\nFamiliarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies.\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.\nMechanical knowledge including machining, use of hand tools, power tools, and calipers.\nElectrical experience with wiring, testing, and troubleshooting circuits using ohmmeters or multimeters.\nExperience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.\nKnowledge of electrical components such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, and relays.\nAttention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly work.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
