This position is full-time and has been approved for work in a primarily remote capacity. This role is currently slated for ~14 months, dependent on project solution completion.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead the installation, configuration, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC).\r\nDeploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift environment.\r\nConfigure the new CMC environment to support existing on-premises Strategy reports, dashboards, security, and application functionality.\r\nValidate application functionality, performance, connectivity, and overall production readiness.\r\nPerform CMC configuration, tuning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support.\r\nMaintain Strategy CMC application and support containerized infrastructure after production deployment.\r\nDevelop operational procedures, documentation, and best practices for long-term platform support.\r\nMentor LANL middleware personnel on administration of both the OpenShift platform and Strategy CMC environment, providing comprehensive knowledge transfer to enable transition of operational responsibilities.\r\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure a reliable, secure, and maintainable production environment.\r\nRequirements\r\nEducation & Years of Experience – Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline and 7+ years of relevant experience.\r\nCitizenship – To be considered, you must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work.\r\nClearance – To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.\r\nRecognized subject matter expert in Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC) architecture, deployment, configuration, and administration.\r\nDemonstrated experience leading enterprise software implementations from initial deployment through production operations and knowledge transfer.\r\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with technical and management stakeholders.\r\nExperience deploying and operating Strategy CMC on Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes-based platforms.\r\nStrong understanding of Strategy architecture, platform services, and operational best practices.\r\nExperience with Red Hat OpenShift administration, container technologies, Kubernetes, and Linux.\r\nExperience developing operational documentation and delivering structured knowledge transfer.\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\r\nAbout the Site\r\nThe NNSA's Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), located in Los Alamos, New Mexico, is a design laboratory responsible for the safety and reliability of the nuclear explosives package in nuclear weapons.
