Max: USD $70,000.00/Yr. Position Overview:\nSCOPE OF ROLE:\nProvides supervisory oversight and training to Rehabilitation Specialists staff members. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing supervisory and building inspections. Collaboration and providing ongoing feedback regarding job performance; work schedules, and documentation of work assignments in a fast-paced environment.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nRespond to crisis and emergency situations and contact the appropriate authorities as needed\nCommunicate regarding incidents and person-served observations and interactions with staff as needed\nAssist in chart auditing to assure OMH/S:US regulations\nParticipate in conflict resolution/De-escalation Techniques\nParticipate in ongoing individual supervision, team meetings, and trainings as appropriate\nMonitor person-served behavior to ensure compliance with program policies, and procedures\nAdhere to on -call system to facilitate crisis intervention, emergencies, and other situations that require immediate action\nAssist in conducting facility headcount while on duty as required\nSupervise and provide support to staff members\nMonitor facility exterior and interior to ensure person-served safety, prevent damage and/or theft of agency property, and to prevent fire or other emergency/crisis situations.\nConduct periodic building and grounds inspections and make Program Director aware of findings\nMaintain, prepare and distribute hygiene supplies, donations and living supplies to person-served\nAssist and complete Housing Application (2010e)\nDocumentation of engagement of person-served in the case records database\nAttend and participate in all required agency meetings: staff meetings, in-service training and weekly/bi-weekly case review\nPerform regular inspections of all person-served areas\nAssist person-served in room maintenance e.g. laundry, mopping, organizing, etc.\nCover operations desk when necessary\nA work schedule that includes weekend and evening hours will be required. Additional shifts required as needed for coverage\nPerform other duties related to the program as delegated by management\nCoordinate monthly fire drills, building evacuation and maintaining fire drill logs\nQualifications:\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nAssociates Degree required.
