Specific requirements include:\r\nAbility to read and interpret a one-line diagram\r\nAbility to interpret P&ID/BMS Controls diagrams\r\nAbility to interpret electrical drawings and trace the flow of power\r\nAbility to abide and understand simple and complex LOTO procedures and coach others on how to follow\r\nOSHA30 Certificate preferred\r\nExperience with BMS and EPMS systems construction, integration, and commissioning tasks\r\nDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment with multiple stakeholders\r\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines\r\nStrong attention to detail\r\nSolution orientated with solid problem-solving skills\r\nAbility and willingness to travel to project sites\r\nAbility to pass background check\r\nMust be able to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorship\r\nPrior experience working with power distribution controls and/or automated control systems\r\nJob Responsibilities:\r\nFull time on-site beginning at 6AM\r\nCoordinate and support internal and subcontractor teams on mission critical renovation/upgrade projects that include BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes of work\r\nMaintain safe working environment and champion our safety culture\r\nApply expertise to support project management teams with planning, schedule management, coordination, and closeout\r\nProvide technical direction and support for Trade Partners and field crews in daily construction activities\r\nProvide construction and schedule updates to project management team\r\nAssist with coordination of client submittals, site logistics plans, and as-built documentation\r\nAssist with coordination of RFIs and maintain log as required\r\nAttend site visits with client and subcontractors\r\nCoordinate with estimating and project team to support RFQs and bid submittals\r\nPromote positive customer relationships\r\nCoordinate site access and badging requests\r\nIdentify process bottlenecks and make recommendations for improvement\r\nHourly pay estimated-$62/hr-$72/hr.
