This is a full-time, night shift position with on-call responsibilities and occasional travel to service calls. We’re a family-oriented company offering a competitive wage and benefits package. Prior mechanic experience is preferred. Requirements ‍ 1+ year of mechanic experience (Preferred) Valid NYS Driver’s License (Required) Willingness to travel (Approx. 25%) On-call availability, including weekends & overtime Key Responsibilities Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance/repair Schedule and coordinate preventive/emergency services across Moravia, Cortland & Utica terminals Transport vehicles, tools, or parts as needed Maintain and track inventory of parts, tools, and supplies Maintain accurate service records and reports Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and planning abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving Knowledge of tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment Ability to manage paperwork and fleet management software Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Tools & Technology Fleet management software Standard mechanic tools, lifts, power tools Office equipment (printer, fax, scanner) ‍ Physical & Environmental Demands Ability to lift 50–100 lbs frequently Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing Work indoors and outdoors in various conditions Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, oils, and moving machinery Benefits 401(k) + Matching Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Insurance + HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off Education High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
