Implementation Support Specialists develop creative strategies that align a client's requirements to our solutions. You will work directly with Implementation Managers and with clients to gather requirements, provide training and manage projects. You will also collaborate with a wide array of intelligent and energetic individuals while working toward a common goal. This position offers the opportunity to travel.\n\nJob Duties\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure quality service and satisfaction.\nManage multiple high-level projects simultaneously, and effectively track all requirements to completion.\nDevelop comprehensive work plans and training documentation using web-based solutions.\nDefine project goals and develop benchmarks to gauge implementation progress.\nConduct dedicated web-based training with clients covering product functionality, suggested workflow, and product setup.\n\nDesired Skills & Experience\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong organizational skills.\nThe ability to provide customized training sessions based on each client's unique requirements.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and Excel.\nAbility to be self-motivated and work independently\n\nDesirable Skills\n\nUnderstanding of relational databases\nHealthcare experience\nStrong technical background\n\nEducational Requirements\n\nAssociates Degree or higher\nPMP certification is desirable but not required\nRHIA certification is desirable but not required\nCPCS Certification is desirable but not required\n\nCompany Description\nASM is an industry-leading, a cloud-based software solution used by healthcare organizations to achieve their practitioner credentialing, privileging and performance management goals.
