This role ensures the smooth planning, delivery, and tracking of training initiatives so that employees receive high-quality, timely learning opportunities that support business goals and individual development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate the full lifecycle of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking rooms/venues or virtual platforms, and managing participant invitations and reminders.\nMaintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including course catalogs, user enrollments, completion records, and reporting.\nPrepare and distribute training materials, manuals, presentations, and evaluation forms; ensure materials are current and accurately version-controlled.\nTrack attendance, completions, assessments, and certifications; generate regular reports on training metrics and compliance.\nProvide administrative support to internal trainers and external vendors (logistics, contracts, invoices, evaluations).\nManage training calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.\nAssist with training needs analysis by collecting feedback, survey data, and stakeholder input.\nHandle basic troubleshooting for learners accessing online courses or virtual sessions.\nMaintain accurate training records in compliance with company policy and any regulatory requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement of training processes and contribute to the development of new administrative procedures.\nPerform other related administrative duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nProven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Learning & Development, HR, or training.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Moodle, or similar).\nAbility to work collaboratively with trainers, managers, and employees at all levels.\nCustomer-service orientation and a professional, approachable demeanor.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of employee and training data.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting corporate training or adult education programs.\nFamiliarity with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.).\nKnowledge of instructional design principles or adult learning theory (basic level).\nExperience generating reports and analyzing training data.\nPrevious exposure to compliance or mandatory training tracking.\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\n1–3 years of relevant administrative or training-coordination experience.\n\nWorking Conditions\n\nStandard office environment.\nOccasional flexibility required to support early-morning, evening, or weekend training sessions.\nMay involve light physical activity (setting up training rooms, handling materials).\nBenefit at Delta Electronics Americas:\n\nLife at Delta\n\nEEO Statement:\n\nDelta Electronics Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
