This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate systems efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nRegister new A/C products accurately within the CRM system\nWalk customers through the product registration process step-by-step\nCreate and submit service tickets to service centers for new product issues\nAssist customers via phone, email, chat, and written correspondence\nAssess customer needs quickly and provide clear, effective solutions\nDemonstrate strong system navigation and critical thinking skills when resolving issues\nDeliver customer service with patience, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset\nDe-escalate challenging situations using empathy and clear communication\nEscalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when needed\nMaintain adherence to scheduled shifts, breaks, and lunches\nPerform additional duties as assigned\n✅ Required Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)\n6–12 months of technical support, call center, or customer service experience preferred\nStrong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently\nCritical thinking skills and attention to detail\nTyping speed of at least 25 WPM\nStrong verbal communication and active listening skills\nAbility to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations\nProficiency with computers, phone systems, and Microsoft Word & Excel\nMust be:\n18 years of age or older\nAuthorized to work in the United States\nAble to pass a criminal background check\nPerformance Expectations\nReliable attendance and punctuality\nAdherence to scheduled shifts, breaks, and lunches\nConsistent achievement of quality and efficiency standards\n\nOther Duties:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
