The role will analyze requirements and design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, including data models, data quality rules, and match and survivorship rules. The developer will also manage ETL solutions and troubleshoot data integration and performance issues across medium- to large-scale OLTP and OLAP environments.\n\nDuties:\nAnalyze requirements, design, and develop end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.\nDesign and build data models, data quality rules, and match and survivorship rules.\nPerform analysis, design, development, and implementation, including data analysis, data access, data structures, data transformation, data reporting solutions, and user documentation.\nManage and administer ETL solutions for medium- to large-scale OLTP and OLAP projects.\nMonitor daily ETL jobs and processes that identify load and performance issues, determine the resolution, and revise incorrect operational processes.\nCommunicate and coordinate with members of the development team to work across multiple projects.\nExplore, actively support, and work on new technology initiatives that may be of interest to the organization.\nActively participate in troubleshooting any technical issues that the program may have.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nMandatory Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience working on complex projects with two (2) or more years in a leadership role as a Developer.\n7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining data integration processes using the Informatica suite of products such as Master Data Management (MDM), Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Data Quality, or similar products.\n2+ years of experience of domain knowledge and experience in an Integrated Eligibility System within Health and Human Services programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.\n7+ years of experience of using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter to migrate data from various sources and targets including databases, flat files, XML files, and UNIX shell scripts.\n7+ years of experience with Data Quality processes, approaches, measurement techniques, and business cases for data profiling, data cleansing, standardization, match and merge functionality using tools such as Informatica Data Quality.\n7+ years of experience developing complex SQL and PL/SQL objects with Oracle 11g or higher such as stored procedures, triggers, packages, materialized views, and using Oracle supplied utilities including SQL Loader, external tables, and Oracle built-in packages to migrate data.\n7+ years of experience writing complex UNIX scripts to validate and FTP files, and for scheduling and automating ETL processes.\n7+ years of experience implementing ETL solutions for medium- to large-scale OLTP and OLAP projects.\n7+ years of experience writing technical specifications including ETL source-to-target mapping documents, ETL design documents, and implementation documents.\n\nReady to make a difference?\n\nWe’re eager to connect with qualified candidates committed to delivering results and fostering excellence within client projects.\n\nCloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
