We search for skilled, creative crew members who strive to provide high-quality baked goods and services. Crew members understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process customer orders. As a crew member, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, ensure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed. To be a successful crew member, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.\n\nCrew Member Responsibilities\n\nRead and understand Crumbl recipes\n\nDecorating and displaying the finished product\n\nGreeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service\n\nTaking client information and ensuring that deliveries are accurate and timely\n\nCleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift\n\nCrew Member Requirements\n\nStrong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills\n\nAttention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products\n\nBasic math and computer skills\n\nWillingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods\n\nFlexibility to work around customer demands, including weekend and holiday availability\n\nStand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods\n\nMust have weekend availability on Friday and Saturday\n\n18+ preferred, we DO NOT hire anyone under 16\n\nPerks of Employment\n\nHealth insurance available for full-time crew members (30+ hours per week)\n\nDental & Vision plans available to all employees\n\n401K with Employer Match\n\nBiweekly pay\n\nTips earned every shift, paid biweekly\n\nCompany swag and rewards for hitting key metrics\n\nOpportunity for growth\n\nFree dessert each shift\n\nAlways closed on Sundays\n\nCompensation\n\nCompetitive base wage determined by age and experience\n\n$2-$5 on average in tips per hour\n\nAbout Us\nCrumbl is a happy, productive, and fast-paced workplace.
