Manufacturing Engineer II

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving quality through strong technical expertise and problem-solving.This position will work closely with production and maintenance teams to analyze root causes, resolve process issues, and implement improvements that enhance overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and analyze manufacturing processes and systemsImprove, document, and standardize existing production processesDiagnose manufacturing and process-related issues and implement solutionsRecommend and execute process improvements to enhance quality and efficiencySupport production and maintenance teams with troubleshooting and problem-solvingAssist with machine setup, equipment failures, and product specification deviationsInspect parts during production to ensure compliance with specificationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and workflowMaintain professionalism when working cross-functionally with production, leadership, and external partnersHandle sensitive manufacturing and technical information with confidentialityRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)8+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering roleStrong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and production techniquesExperience in metal fabrication and welded assemblies preferredProven ability to analyze root causes and solve complex process and quality issuesHands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process improvementsStrong understanding of process control and continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to develop and maintain accurate documentation, records, and reportsEffective time and resource management skills to meet production and quality goalsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teamsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships across departmentsSelf-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
