The person in this role ensures that standards are implemented and followed in every aspect of the model launch from the project's inception and design all the way through implementation and assembly. The Launch Supervisor will manage General Assy projects, supervise union represented Engineers within UAW contract requirements and satisfy Manufacturing Quality Assurance System requirements. The Supervisor will interface with manufacturing, maintenance, various engineering groups, finance and purchasing. Candidate must possess superior written and verbal communication skills as well as exemplary organizational skills. Able to perform duties in fast paced environment with little direction from leadership. May cross to other Core groups (Electrical, Alignment & Torque).
