Your energetic approach will help drive project success from initial concept through detailed documentation.\nDuties\nDevelop detailed 2D schematics and 3D CAD models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MicroStation, Civil 3D, NavisWorks, and SolidWorks.\nCollaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design requirements and produce accurate CAD documentation.\nCreate building information modeling (BIM) models to facilitate integrated project workflows across disciplines.\nPrepare detailed mechanical drafting and CAD detailing for mechanical design projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards.\nGenerate schematics, technical drawings, and construction documentation that clearly communicate design intent.\nAssist in the development of construction sequences and visualization through 2D animation or 3D modeling techniques.\nMaintain organized CAD files, update existing drawings, and ensure all documentation complies with project specifications and quality standards.\nSkills\nProficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and other relevant tools.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical drafting principles and engineering CAD design practices.\nExperience with building information modeling (BIM) tools for integrated project delivery.\nAbility to produce detailed schematics and technical drawings for construction or manufacturing purposes.\nFamiliarity with construction processes and experience working on infrastructure or building projects is a plus.\nSkilled in 2D animation for project visualization or client presentations is advantageous.\nExcellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications accurately.\nJoin us as a CAD Designer to bring innovative ideas to life through precise digital craftsmanship!
