Responsibilities may include:Enforcing school routines and expectations with consistency Building strong relationships while maintaining high behavioral standards Supporting restorative practices and student accountability Monitoring common spaces, transitions, and arrival/dismissal Partnering with staff and communicating with families as needed QualificationsStrong alignment with Freire’s college-preparatory mission Ability to build relationships and hold clear, consistent expectations Calm, restorative approach to student behavior Experience working with urban youth preferred Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
