Experience with plasma tables, press brakes, roll formers, or similar equipment is a plus. Ability to read cut sheets and use precision measuring tools is beneficial.\nSafety First: Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and following all shop safety procedures. Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to machine warnings, alarms, and verbal instructions while working around manufacturing equipment.\nDependability & Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, reliable attendance, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.\nExperience: One to two years of machine operation, manufacturing, fabrication, or related experience preferred.\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and work around manufacturing equipment throughout the day.
