Chenbro is committed to delivering reliable and high-quality server and PC chassis systems that meet the industry's highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to support the development of next‑generation server solutions.\n\nServe as an initial Research & Development (RD) point of contact for local clients, assisting with design requests and delivering daily feedback or technical solutions.\n\nAssist in troubleshooting and handling production quality issues directly within customer plants to ensure prompt resolution and client satisfaction.\n\nExecute design‑based requests, including the rigorous testing, analysis, and debugging of mechanical prototypes.\n\nCoordinate closely with the manufacturing factory to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews, engineering drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management as required.\n\nMaintain clear, consistent communication and collaborate effectively with engineering team members based in Taiwan to ensure global project alignment.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.\n\nA strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design.\n\nDirect experience utilizing Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software, with a strong preference for CREO\n\nPractical experience or strong academic coursework working with sheet metal .\n\nProficiency in Research and Development (R&D) processes, including concept exploration and hands‑on prototyping.\n\nA basic understanding of Project Management workflows, including structural planning and a proven ability to meet deadlines.\n\nStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
