They are responsible for gathering, documenting, and translating complex business requirements into well-architected applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations. They design end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure integration services to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the incumbent leads governance, security vulnerability remediation, data gateway installation, unit testing, and user enablement, ensuring all low-code applications comply with federal security mandates (GCC-High / Azure Government).\n\nDUTIES:\n\nGathers and documents business requirements from stakeholders, maps workflows, and identifies operational inefficiencies.\nArchitects, develops, and supports custom applications, portals, and interfaces using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\nCreates automated business process flows, leveraging connectors, AI Builder, and robotic process automation (RPA).\nDesigns interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to convey actionable business intelligence and analytical insights.\nEmbeds Power Platform components into Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and custom web applications.\nDesigns and models database structures within Dataverse and SQL environments.\nInstalls, configures, and maintains enterprise data gateways.\nDevelops Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions to extend Power Platform capabilities where custom integrations are required.\nGoverns low-code environments and remediates security vulnerability findings in compliance with DoD/DoW standards.\nConducts unit testing, system validation, feedback iteration, and bug resolution within an Agile framework.\nProduces comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, user guides, and conducts end-user training.\nEmbodies and reinforces ISA’s culture and mission-focused delivery approach.\nOTHER DUTIES:\nDuties, responsibilities, and activities can change at any time based on position requirements. These changes will be communicated by your supervisor.\n\nSUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nNone.\n\nCLEARANCE REQUIRED:\nAs a condition of employment, ISA employees must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Top Secret (TS) investigation with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility consistent with requirements set forth in U.S. law, federal regulation and executive order. Applicants must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring.
