We're hiring engineers to design, ship, and operate those systems in production.\nThis role spans the full product lifecycle: discovery, experimentation, application delivery, and deployment. In return, you get autonomy and real customer impact.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and operate systems in customer-facing production environments\nTranslate ambiguous business and customer problems into prototypes & technical specs\nTrack AI capabilities and apply them where they create clear leverage\nOwn the full application lifecycle: product d iscovery , experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring\nOwn system design, tradeoffs, and long-term scaling and maint ainability\nBuild code bases that are legible to agents and other developers ; drive the organization forward on tooling .\nPartner with product managers to enhance their product vision , including with AI-native solutions\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong applied AI and software engineering fundamentals\nBuilders who can span tech , product, and design thinking with high autonomy\nBias for shipping, iterating, and following customer feedback over polish\nHigh ownership & agency — measured by outcomes, not deliverables\nCuriosity to improve systems, products, and your own craft\n\nWhat We Work In\nYou don't need every one of these, but this is the stack you'll be productive in:\nP ython, C#, TypeScript , PostgreSQL ;\nFrontier model ecosystems & agent frameworks (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI)\nDocker, Terraform, and AWS\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n2+ years in software engineering or applied AI\nExperience working with AI development tools in f ull-stack applications\nExperience designing AI-based solutions to real workflows\nWorking knowledge of cloud and frontier AI platforms\n\nNice to Have\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field\nExperience operating AI systems in production , with attention to evaluation, cost, and performance tradeoffs\nBackground in high-ambiguity environments with proximity to customers ( e.g ., early-stage startups, forward-deployed engineering, internal product teams)\nExperience in large-scale Python, C#, and TypeScript codebases\nExperience integrating AI solutions into existing, established products.\nExperience working with healthcare, regulated, or sensitive data\nJob to be performed in the location listed.
