You may also assist customers in locating or loading products. Most shifts are physically active, and scheduling may include morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects\nStock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets\nSupport store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts\nMaintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping\nOperate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed\nPitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks\n\nAdditional responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores include:\n\nUse the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders\nLoad delivery orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices\nRotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues\nProactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction\nExecute Delivery Readiness best practices\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment\n6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking\n\nLowe’s commitment to growth and teamwork extends to the community as well.
