This role will use SQL to investigate and validate data, work directly in C#/.NET codebases to diagnose and resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing system updates and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on C#/.NET and SQL experience and be comfortable taking ownership of problems from start to finish, from root-cause investigation through implementation. Candidates may come from programming, application development, or application support backgrounds with solid production coding experience. A relevant degree is preferred.This position is well suited for someone who takes initiative, digs into problems, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team when needed. Major Duties and Responsibilities:Use SQL to query databases, investigate issues, validate data, and support troubleshooting within our internal systems.Support, troubleshoot, and improve a complex internal application used across the organization.Read, debug, and modify existing C#/.NET code to resolve issues and implement system updates and improvements.Investigate reported application and data issues to determine root causes and solutions.Work with internal users to understand technical issues and provide practical fixes.Assist with testing, debugging, and implementing application changes.Troubleshoot data flow across APIs and system integrations.Use tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI platforms to review code, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.Collaborate with the product support team on system issues, enhancements, and ongoing projects.Document technical issues, solutions, and system processes. Key Competencies:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to take ownership of issues.Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Ability to read, debug, and extend existing production codebases.Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.Comfortable using AI tools as part of a technical workflow. Minimum Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework.Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Proven ability to read, debug, and extend existing production codebases.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. At DirectRx, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the systems that support our day-to-day operations.
