We currently run two Fadal CNC machines and are adding more as we grow. We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC professional to join our team.\nPosition Summary\nWe are hiring an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer with strong programming skills for our Fadal machines. This is a hands-on role for someone who can efficiently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment while also reading and creating prints.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram, set up, and operate Fadal CNC machines\nRead and interpret engineering drawings / blueprints\nCreate and modify drawings and prints as needed\nDevelop and optimize CNC programs for efficient production\nPerform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets\nTroubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues\nMaintain quality standards and inspect parts\nHelp grow and improve our CNC department as we expand\nWork with Engineers and team to complete projects on time\nRequirements:\nStrong background in CNC programming (required)\nProven experience as a CNC Operator / Programmer\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints / technical drawings\nExperience creating and modifying drawings and prints\nSolid understanding of CNC programming best practices\nHands-on experience with Fadal CNC machines is a big plus\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong mechanical background is a plus\nCompensation & Benefits:\nStarting pay at $35.00 per hour\nHealth insurance/dental/vision included for employee 100%\nProfit sharing retirement account\nCash bonuses for exceptional performance\nFull-time permanent position with growth opportunities\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive compensation package\nExpanding company with room for advancement\nModern shop environment and growing team\nIf you are a strong CNC programmer who enjoys both programming and operating machines, we want to hear from you!\nHow to Apply\nPlease submit your resume and a brief summary of your CNC programming experience.
