This role sits at the intersection of account management, project coordination, print production, and customer experience, ensuring national accounts receive exceptional service and seamless execution from initial prospecting through final delivery. This is not a purely administrative coordination role, and it is not solely customer service support. This is a fast-moving, detail-oriented position for someone who can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders, and maintain operational excellence under tight deadlines. The National Programs Project Coordinator acts as a central connector between national customers, AlphaGraphics franchise centers, and internal teams. You will help ensure projects move efficiently, customers stay informed, franchise partners are supported, and every deliverable meets quality, timing, and service expectations. The National Programs Project Coordinator will report to the Country Manager.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Assist in the client prospecting and lead development phase, including creating customer-specific proposals and supporting the RFP processOnboard new accounts and execute legal and financial documentation to ensure smooth customer set-up and transitionManage relationships with active national accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolutionCoordinate complex projects between national customers and AlphaGraphics franchise centers, ensuring high-quality execution, attention to detail, and timely deliveryMonitor projects and events from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any last-minute issues or concernsMaintain visibility into project timelines, shipping logistics, and delivery deadlines, utilizing available resources to provide accurate updates to customersUpdate and prepare customer design files for print production, including resizing artwork, adding bleeds, fixing missing links, and troubleshooting basic file issuesHandle centralized billing and invoicing processes with accuracy while maintaining a basic understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and profit marginsAssist with monthly reporting related to National Programs performance, including revenue tracking, YoY growth, lead pipeline updates, customer projects, and franchise location involvementCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, finance, and franchise partners to support program growth and executionCreate presentations and supporting materials in Google Slides for internal and external audiencesRequirements:Experience using Google Workspace, including Google Slides, Sheets, and DocsExperience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic understanding of financial reporting conceptsAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesStrong customer service and relationship management skillsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively, both written and verbalAbility to build strong relationships with customers and internal teamsStrong project management and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressureWillingness to learn quickly and take initiativeCollaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectivesBold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutionsPreferred:Experience in graphic designExperience using Monday.comPrint industry knowledge, including file types, substrates, sizing, and print methodsExperience in account management and/or customer service environmentsExperience working with franchise networks or distributed business modelsFamiliarity with XMPie uStore softwareWhat We Offer:A vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with many professional and personal development opportunitiesExtensive training and development opportunities within the groupA multicultural organizational structure and team.$60k - $75k is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on overall qualifications and experienceTeam and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.Highly competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(K) Match, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, Pet Insurance, and a completely free Employee Assistance ProgramHard work, collaboration, humanity, fun, and laughter.
