Customer Care Coordinator

Mission of the RoleThis position will work out of our new campus in Bloomington, MN (accross from Mall of America and MSP Airport). This position will work Monday - Thursday in-office, remote on Friday's with a schedule of 8am - 5pm.The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operational support for internal manual tasks. A successful Coordinator will have a positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a team environment, efficiently handling a high volume of internal Care administration tasks necessary to keep the Care team functioning at a high level to provide excellent Customer Experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManages daily transactional requests, such as Reconfirmations and Invoice uploading into various customer third party portalsPossess a working knowledge of SAP and MS Dynamics 365 CRMResponsible for Outlook Inbox Sorting and Tangro Tagging functionsDocuments customer interactions and maintains account and order information in the customer resource manager (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Builds strong relationships that promote trust and confidence with the team and other internal departments.Keeps Management informed of unresolved conflicts that adversely affect SICK customers and their experiences.Recommends internal process improvements and customer experience enhancements, implementing change when called upon.Curious about SICK products and the industries we serve.Carries out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.Key QualificationsEducation and Experience:High School diploma or equivalentExperience working in a corporate environment (preferred)Organization & Time ManagementAbility to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyCommunication SkillsClear, professional written communicationsStrong verbal skills for internal/external interactionsActive listening and relationship managementTechnical & Systems ProficiencyMS OutlookExcelPowerPointFamiliarity with shared drives, Webex and document managementCompensationThe base salary is one part of our Total Rewards package and is determined within a range.
