Ability to interpret work instructions.Job DescriptionYou will be the Engineering Aide Sr. supporting the Electromechanical Assembly Area for Lockheed Martin Lufkin Operations. The Manufacturing Department is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing processes for military-grade electromechanical assemblies.What You Will Be DoingAs Engineering Aide Sr., you will work closely with the manufacturing engineering team by providing disposition instructions to rework defective electromechanical assemblies back to engineering requirements. Additional responsibilities could include. Working with Manufacturing Engineers to evaluate defect trends and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Occasionally rework defective hardware. Tooling design, review, and repairs. Creation of Rework Process Plans. Markups of work instructions for planning changes.
