Sr Remedy Developer - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Remedy Developer-Remote for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $60.00 - $65.00 per hourThis role involves the design, development, and implementation of Remedy applications within a contact center environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, customize applications, and develop integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and scripts.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Remedy applications within a contact center environmentCollaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancementsCustomize Remedy applications using scripting, workflows, and UI policies to meet specific business needsDevelop integrations between Remedy and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, scripts, and middlewarePerform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standardsCreate and maintain technical documentation for Remedy solutions, including design specs, workflows, and data modelsProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Remedy platformStay current with Remedy updates, new features, and best practicesRequirements:5+ years of proven experience as a Remedy Developer with hands-on experienceExtensive experience writing custom Remedy workflows (Active Links, Filters, Forms)Strong knowledge of Remedy development including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Web ServicesMust be able to understand, write, and optimize complex Oracle SQL queriesMust have experience writing PL/SQL stored procedures and functions, and understand Explain Plan resultsMust have experience reading and understanding Remedy logs to troubleshoot production issuesExperience with Remedy integrations using REST, SOAP, and other relevant methodsProficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies related to Remedy developmentExperience working with Linux and writing shell scriptsExperience in Python scriptingExperience with Oracle databaseFamiliarity with Remedy upgrade process and the ability to handle post-upgrade issuesBasic knowledge of database management and SQL for data queriesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsDesired skills:Experience upgrading Remedy 20.x to Helix on-premExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesAWS Experience, specifically with EC2 and LinuxHelix ExperienceExperience with Tomcat Server Setups (reviewing logs, updating configuration files, upgrades)Experience with Remedy Server and Midtier upgradesExperience working with Remedy REST APIs (Jetty Server) and SOAP APIs (Midtiers)Experience reading, writing, and troubleshooting Shell, Java, and Perl scriptsUnderstanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
