As a team, we know what it takes to move organizations forward with measurable, sustainable results.\n\nOur primary consideration when evaluating candidates is alignment with our Mission and Values.\n\nJob Description\nYou will support project delivery and reporting through the consultation, development, testing, and implementation of system applications and workflows tailored to the departments needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitect, design, and develop new workflows in OpenText Content Server.\nAnalyze business requirements to propose suitable solutions, including workarounds for system limitations.\nAdminister, support, and enhance existing OT CS workflows.\nDevelop and improve OT CS workflows using third-party tools such as Global Cents GCI Power Tools.\nCreate and refine data entry forms with XSL style sheets and HTML5.\nUtilize OT CS REST APIs to support business processes.\nGenerate user and administrator reports using WebReports and LiveReports.\nDevelop and enhance SQL tables, views, and stored procedures.\nCollaborate with end users, business analysts, and team members to deliver optimal solutions.\nConduct end user training and provide application support.\nDraft and maintain technical documentation and support manuals.\nOffer general Engineering help desk support as part of the Apps Support Team.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nBachelors degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college.\nAt least 5 years of strong, demonstrated experience with OpenText Content Server design, development, administration, and support (Workflow, WebReports, LiveReports).\nExtensive knowledge of OT CS workflow development tools, especially Global Cents GCI Power Tools (Documents Builder, Workflow, Reports, and Views).\nProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and XSL style sheets.\nStrong background in database development including tables, views, functions, and stored procedures.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.\n\nEssential Soft Skills\nSelf-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.\nStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.\nOutstanding oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with source control, task management, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.\nFamiliarity with OpenText LiquidOffice.\nExperience working with large public government agencies or utility organizations (a plus).\n\nAdditional information\nU.S. work authorization required.\nSecurity Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance (i.e. must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident who has resided in the US for the past three years consecutively).\n\nApplication Instructions\nApplicants should submit a tailored resume (no more than 2 pages) that clearly displays relevant professional experience and concisely communicates how past education and experience will allow them to be successful in this role.
