Job Description Description:Celtic Property Management is seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and motivated Porter Groundskeeper with a passion for maintaining beautiful multifamily homes at The Reserve at Westpark. Your duties will include:Picking up trash and debris throughout the propertyCleaning breezeways, stairwells, sidewalks, parking areas, and common spacesMaintaining dumpster enclosures and removing bulk trashCleaning laundry rooms, community rooms, and office areasAssisting with preparing vacant homes for new residentsReporting safety hazards, damaged property, or maintenance issuesSupporting the maintenance team with daily and seasonal projectsRequirements:What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right. Groundskeeping, porter, custodial, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required. You must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain consistent quality standards.
