Individuals we employ must have a demonstrated ability to excel in high-pressure situations which have a real impact on the modern world so we can continue to keep pace with the competition and the evolving fields of technology.\n\nCurrently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:\n\nSoftware Developer\nLocation: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)\nClearance: TS/SCI with polygraph\nCompensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits\n\nOnly applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.\n\nAs a Software Developer focused on Systems Software, you will work as part of an integrated web development team that will design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions that support clear communication and learner interaction related to adult learning solutions. These products include, but are not limited to: graphics, websites, web-tools, online courses, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), blended, and face-to-face training. Development efforts will facilitate the overall team's educational mission.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust maintain an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.\nExperience working in a training environment.\nDemonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration.\nDemonstrated experience developing Web Based Trainings (WBTs), online training courses, websites, and other e-learning solutions.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite: (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF, as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects) and other similar products.\nExperience developing with with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML.\nExperience solving complex application development problems.\nDemonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations during the product design and requirements gathering process.\nDemonstrated experience using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, editing and distribution.\nExperience utilizing images and graphics from repository sites such as ENVATO, Shutterstock, and other subscription platforms.\nThe duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
