Job Title: Sr System Test Engineer Lab side TestingLocation: Fremont, CA onsiteWork Mode: Onsite (Day 1 at customer location)Job type- fulltimesalary- $100k + Benefits for 10+ year and below 10 years will be $75KJob Description:We are seeking an experienced System Test Engineer with a strong background in managing and operating advanced RF and communication test systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with leading test platforms and the ability to perform detailed log analysis and execute complex test cases efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Operate and manage test systems including Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) , Anritsu , and Keysight equipment.Perform log analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across various test setups.Execute test cases on multiple platforms ensuring adherence to defined procedures and specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support validation and performance testing activities.Document test results and provide detailed feedback for system improvement.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience with R&S, Anritsu, and Keysight test systems.Strong background in RF testing, system validation , and debugging .Proficiency in log interpretation and test automation tools (if applicable).Excellent analytical and communication skills.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
