This role requires a highly organized technical leader capable of driving execution across internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.\r\nDevelop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.\r\nDrive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and executive updates.\r\nCross-Functional Execution\r\nPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to align priorities and deliverables.\r\nFacilitate technical tradeoff discussions balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and deployment readiness.\r\nEnsure teams remain aligned, accountable, and focused on program objectives.\r\nProduct Launch & Manufacturing Readiness\r\nSupport NPD/NPI activities from design through production ramp.\r\nCoordinate readiness across engineering releases, sourcing, tooling, testing, documentation, manufacturing, and supplier readiness.\r\nTrack and resolve issues impacting launch, quality, schedule, or cost.\r\nRisk & Stakeholder Management\r\nProactively identify program risks, resource constraints, and execution gaps while driving mitigation plans.\r\nCoordinate suppliers, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to maintain program schedules.\r\nCommunicate program health, key decisions, risks, and milestones to technical teams and executive leadership.\r\nProcess Improvement\r\nMaintain core program documentation including schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and launch checklists.\r\nHelp improve program management processes, cross-functional execution, and launch discipline across the organization.\r\nKey Competencies\r\nTechnical program management within complex hardware or infrastructure environments.\r\nStrong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.\r\nSchedule, risk, dependency, and change management.\r\nExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.\r\n5+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, or related engineering roles.\r\nExperience leading complex hardware, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or mission-critical product development programs.\r\nStrong understanding of NPD, NPI, validation, change control, and production ramp processes.\r\nExperience managing integrated schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with data center infrastructure, critical facilities, thermal or electrical systems, or related industrial products.\r\nExperience with PLM, ERP/MRP, and engineering document control systems.\r\nExperience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and global suppliers.\r\nPMP, MBA, or advanced technical degree preferred.\r\nAdditional Information\r\n25-40% travel to supplier, manufacturing, laboratory, and project sites.\r\nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.\r\nExpected Salary Range\r\n$150,000-$200,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus.\r\nTract Capital Employment\r\nTract Capital employees enjoy competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program, standard paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.\r\n_ NOTE: _ This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
