We are currently searching for a Full Time Assistant Community Manager to work at Aurora Village and Kings Point.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in directing and supervision of maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping\nAssist Manager in inspecting the physical exterior and\nMake recommendations to Community Manager for necessary\nHelp create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all LEDIC\nAssist Manager in supervision of any leasing\nMaintain a current knowledge of area competition and market\nMake periodic reports to Manager after making visits to surrounding competition\nComplete or supervise completion and accuracy of weekly activity\nComplete or supervise completion and accuracy of all rental applications and recording of all rental and leasing\nAssist Manager in training of any on site leasing personnel\nAssist Community Manager in the reporting, assigning, and recording of all resident\nAssisting Manager in the implementation of resident renewal and retention\nAssist Manager in handling resident requests and in communicating with the\nResponsible for the collection, receipting, and recording of all\nCollection of all delinquent\nCompletion and accuracy of all month ending reports on income and lease\nDaily recording and reporting of all bank\nCollection of all NSF\nLegal filing for delinquent accounts and follow-through until eviction complete under Manager’s direction.\nOther duties, assigned.\n\nEducation and Work Experience Requirements\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly\n1 - 2 years of property management experience or equivalent business experience\n1 – 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service\n\n Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:\n\nThis individual will require the ability to interact with other employees as well as residents and demonstrate good communication skills.
