You will work closely with senior leaders across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, and the Office of the President to translate strategic priorities into operational execution. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is eager to take ownership in a scaling fintech platform.ResponsibilitiesOwn Executive-Level CommunicationsBuild clear, structured, and compelling presentation materials for internal leadership and external partnersCraft tailored, executive-level narratives that communicate Pagaya's value propositionSupport high-stakes meetings, partner reviews, and strategic planning sessionsDrive Strategy Execution & OperationsTranslate Growth strategy into actionable operating plans, measurable objectives, and day-to-day executionTrack progress against strategic priorities, identify risks, and drive accountability across stakeholdersEmbed strategic priorities into day-to-day execution across asset classes (Personal Loans, Auto, Point of Sale) Strengthen Growth OperationsMaintain prospect coverage mapsCoordinate cross-functional cooperation across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, Research and other stakeholdersEstablish structured communication frameworks across internal and external stakeholders Optimize ProcessesIdentify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutionsImprove workflows, reporting structures, and operating cadenceIncrease efficiency and effectiveness across the Growth organization Qualifications4+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services, fintech, or consumer lending/creditExceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured narrativesProven experience creating executive-ready presentation materialsStrong analytical and financial modeling skills (advanced Excel proficiency required)Highly detail-oriented, with consistently accurate and high-quality outputStrong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to build relationships across teams and levelsComfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
