This role conducts inspections, testing, and documentation of HVAC and plumbing systems, identifies non-conformance issues, and collaborates closely with project management, engineering, and field teams to maintain high-quality outcomes. The Quality Control Analyst also supports continuous improvement initiatives and provides input to strengthen QA/QC processes throughout Rogers Building Solutions.\nRequirements:\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE)\nConduct inspections and testing of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with design and specification requirements.\nPrepare and maintain detailed QA/QC reports and submit findings to project and operations leadership.\nManage QA/QC records and documentation for assigned projects in accordance with company standards.\nPerform quality checks on suppliers and subcontractors as needed.\nIdentify and investigate non-conformance issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify implementation.\nCollaborate with project management, engineering, and field leadership to resolve quality-related issues.\nSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance field performance and compliance.\nProvide training and guidance to field teams and trade partners on quality standards and documentation practices.\nEnsure all QA/QC work aligns with company safety policies and industry regulations.\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE\nBACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ENGINEERING, QUALITY ASSURANCE, OR A RELATED FIELD PREFERRED; EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE MAY BE CONSIDERED.\n2–5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN QA/QC, CONSTRUCTION, OR MECHANICAL SYSTEMS ENVIRONMENTS.\nSTRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF HVAC, PLUMBING, AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS.\nFAMILIARITY WITH QUALITY MANAGEMENT TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES (E.G., SPC, FMEA, CAPA).\nEXCELLENT ANALYTICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND REPORT-WRITING SKILLS.\nPROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 AND RELATED QA/QC SOFTWARE SYSTEMS.\nABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to work on active construction sites and in varying environmental conditions.\nMust be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.\nAvailability to travel as required to project sites or vendor locations.\nCorvant is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
