This position is responsible for reviewing programs, evaluating operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring company processes, procedures, and standards are being followed consistently across all locations.\nThe Program Auditor will work closely with operational leadership and field teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of each program, evaluate effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and provide recommendations that support long-term success. This role is expected to audit approximately 10–12 programs annually and requires regular travel to various program locations.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational growth.\nResponsibilities\nWork directly with the R&D Team to conduct comprehensive audits of active company programs to evaluate operational effectiveness and compliance with company standards\nReview workflows, processes, procedures, documentation, and performance metrics\nParticipate in operational meetings and engage with field and administrative teams to gain a complete understanding of program operations\nObserve day-to-day program implementation and identify areas for improvement\nEvaluate adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational expectations\nIdentify inefficiencies, communication gaps, process breakdowns, and compliance concerns\nAnalyze operational data and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement\nPrepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, corrective actions, and best practices\nPresent audit findings and recommendations to leadership and operational teams\nTrack corrective actions and monitor implementation progress\nAssist with the development and refinement of company processes, standards, and operational procedures\nCollaborate with R&D, Operations, and Executive Leadership to improve program performance and scalability\nSupport special projects and organizational improvement initiatives as assigned\nRequirements\nStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nAbility to evaluate workflows, processes, and operational performance objectively\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when conducting audits\nProficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and business software platforms\nValid driver's license and ability to travel and stay overnight as needed\nAdaptability and willingness to work in changing environments as new programs are developed\nHigh level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability\nMust complete pre employment background check and drug screen\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in operations management, auditing, quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), compliance, process improvement, project management, or program management\nExperience conducting operational audits, compliance reviews, or process evaluations\nExperience developing corrective action plans and process improvement initiatives\nExperience creating reports, dashboards, and operational analyses\nMulti-location operational experience preferred\nExperience working within rapidly growing organizations is a plus\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to travel to program locations throughout the United States\nAbility to work at a computer for extended periods\nAbility to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through video conferencing\nSchedule & Travel Requirements\nFull-time position\nSchedule may vary based on audit schedules and operational needs\nOvernight travel required based on audit assignments and program locations\nAbility to visit field locations, branch offices, warehouses, and operational facilities as needed\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive compensation based on experience\nWeekly payroll\nPaid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with company policy\nCompany-paid travel accommodations for required business travel\nPer diem provided in accordance with company policy\nOpportunities for advancement within Farrell Holdings and affiliated companies\nExposure to executive leadership and strategic business initiatives\nCompany Values\nAll employees are expected to operate in alignment with our P.E.A.C.E.
