Association Accountant

Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the associations. Collaborate with Association Managers to prepare the annual budgets. Prepare and present timely financial reports to the associations. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks, and provide recommendations for financial decision-making. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and ensure compliance in financial operations and reporting. Provide financial information and support to the Association Board, property managers, and homeowners addressing inquiries, resolving financial issues, and fostering positive relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited university Strong GPA or Accounting experience of a minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment. Work Schedule / Physical Setting Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm/8 hour shift, Office/Desk Setting Occasional weekend work required to attend association meetings.
