We offer competitive pay and a great benefits package.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPerform multiple roles in a manufacturing facility including operating mixing systems, packaging equipment, and/or block production equipment, depending on the assigned facility. Work with a production team to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nOperate all machinery including dryers/curing equipment, mixing/production systems, and other production equipment of block, bagged goods, or other packaged goods related to the assigned production facility.\nAble to set up machines, perform changeovers, align tooling/guides/stops, assemble, and maintain molds, and adjust other production machinery, as required by the production schedule.\nPerform minor routine and preventative maintenance of equipment. Request necessary parts to ensure proper repairs are made.\nAssist maintenance personnel with repairs, as needed. Assist in reviews of inventory levels and completion of inventory forms for ordering raw materials or adjusting inventory.\nMeasure and maintain quality and accurate weights of goods on the production line. Recognizes unsafe or defective products and corrects the problems.\nRead production schedules, work orders, and component drawings to assure product quality.\nLegibly record production, process monitors, and production tickets.\nAdhere to the Company policies and House Rules including maintaining a clean work area and wearing the proper PPE.\nMaintain effective working relationships with company employees.\nPerform all other duties as assigned by management.\nQualification & Requirements:\nMust have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and previous manufacturing experience required.\nMust be able to follow instructions and adhere to all the company’s safety policy procedures and recommendation.\nMust be able to read, write, and speak in English and work in a team environment.\nAdaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with demanding standards for quality and productivity.\nBasic mathematical skills are necessary to fill out production sheets, create and interpret schedules, and determine plant procedures.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing equipment and process required.\nExperience with manufacturing/production computerized batching/PLC systems\nForklift training as required by OSHA.\nPay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nLife Insurance\nRetirement Plans\nPaid Time Off\nWellness Program\nEducation Assistance\nEmployee Assistance Program\nClosing\nIf you are interested in becoming part of our team, please apply online today.\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
