This is an opportunity to play a key role in a small but growing company and build a product that is innovative and fun.\n\nResponsibilities\nYou’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing algorithms to process, analyze and visualize digital signals for the GripFusion products. In this role you will:\n\nCreate analyses and visualizations to communicate complex 3D data in a meaningful way.\n\nDevelop sensor processing algorithms.\n\nPrototype sensor systems and run simulations.\n\nEnsure accurate and reliable transformation of high dimensional, high frequency sensor data into useful insights.\n\nWork closely with the software team to incorporate analytical functionality into the product.\n\nTest, debug and validate data functionality and visualizations.\n\nRun adhoc analysis as needed.\n\nEvaluate tools and technologies for future use.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong foundation in signal processing, sensor fusion, mathematics, and statistics.\n\nExperience with embedded systems, inertial sensors, electronics.\n\nExpert level knowledge of Python, Jupyter Notebooks.\n\nExperience working with complex, high dimensionality 3D data.\n\nBasic knowledge of software development, code management tools and principals.\n\nExperience processing and synchronizing high speed video with other data streams.\n\nDesired Non-Technical Skills:\n\nCommitment to using data to tell a story for the end user.\n\nStrong problem solving skills including identifying problems and developing and evaluating options\n\nGood interpersonal skills including the ability to work as a member of a fast moving team.\n\nA strong commitment to quality and an understanding of code management and software development best practices.\n\nA desire to learn new things and interest in the latest technologies.\n\nWritten and oral communication skills including the ability to be persuasive and adapt communications to the audience and issue.\n\nAbility to manage your time effectively.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor or Masters degree in technical program or equivalent experience\n\nGripFusion is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
