Business Administrator
Business Administrator - Job Description:The Business Administrator will support the company’s financial and administrative operations through a variety of clerical and accounting tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software.Key Responsibilities:Purchase Orders (P.O.s):· Create, track, and manage purchase orders.· Coordinate with vendors and internal personnel to ensure timely procurement.· Verify accuracy of P.O. details and resolve discrepancies.Accounts Receivable:· Generate and send invoices to customers.· Record daily transactions in the accounts receivable system.· Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.· Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.· Maintain detailed records of debits, credits, or other adjustments to Accounts Receivable.· Ensure compliance with company account receivable policies and internal controls.Accounts Payable:· Review and process vendor invoices.· Ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues.· Reconcile statements and maintain vendor files.· Handle new vendor set-ups.· Ensure compliance with accounts payable company policies and internal controls.Data Entry & Record Keeping:· Enter financial and administrative data into company systems.· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.· Assist with reporting and document preparation as needed.Qualifications:· Experience in administrative and financial roles.· Strong organizational and communication skills.· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.· Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.· Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.· Proficiency in Delmia or other manufacturing software a plus.
