The ideal candidate should be capable of building modern, scalable user interfaces while leveraging AI technologies such as Python, Prompt Engineering, LLM integrations, and AI Agent development to create intelligent user experiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React.js and/or React Native .\nBuild reusable UI components and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.\nIntegrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into applications using APIs and frameworks.\nDevelop and enhance AI-driven workflows, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.\nDesign and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and user experience.\nDevelop and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel , or similar platforms.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.\nStay updated on emerging UI and AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.\n\nRequired Skills: UI Development\n\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js and/or React Native .\nProficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 .\nExperience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API .\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and modern frontend development practices.\n\nAI & Automation\n\nStrong programming skills in Python .\nExperience with Prompt Engineering and LLM-based application development.\nHands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI services.\nExperience building and deploying AI Agents and agentic workflows.\nFamiliarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases, and embeddings.\nUnderstanding of AI application monitoring, evaluation, and optimization techniques.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience developing AI-powered products, copilots, or conversational applications.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol).\nExperience with AI observability tools.\nKnowledge of GraphQL and microservices architectures.\nMobile application deployment experience on iOS and Android platforms.\n\nKey Traits:\n\nHands-on problem solver with strong ownership.\nAbility to bridge UI engineering and AI innovation.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPassion for emerging AI technologies and modern frontend ecosystems.\n\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\n\nMinimum Compensation: USD 44,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 156,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
