As a Software Development Engineer for Implementations, you will play a critical role building AI-driven automation and software applications for our SnapPay and BillMatrix products. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and deploy high-quality solutions that streamline implementation and directly benefit our global clients.\r\nWhat you'll do:\r\nAI & Automation Development: Lead the design, development, and building of AI and automation capabilities specifically for the implementation function to enhance product delivery and efficiency.\r\nProduct Innovation: Identify and contribute to enhancements for SnapPay and BillMatrix, partnering with Engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions.\r\nFull-Lifecycle Engineering: Lead the design and implementation of software applications, performing coding, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders—including client IT teams, ERP, infrastructure, and payment gateway teams—to support successful, automated implementations.\r\nRequirement Translation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather complex requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.\r\nSystem Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing codebases while leading peer review processes to ensure high engineering standards.\r\nIncident Management: Analyze, document, and communicate system incidents with the technical detail necessary to enable efficient troubleshooting of complex problems.\r\nDependency & Risk Support: Manage technical dependencies and support escalation resolution by contributing to mitigation planning and lifecycle documentation.\r\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\r\nExperience you'll need to have:\r\nCore Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in Fintech, payments software, or B2B/e-commerce environments.\r\nProgramming Proficiency: 4+ years of professional experience with Python and Java (primary skills).\r\nAutomation Engineering: 3+ years of experience developing automation tools and software, with a demonstrated ability to design and scale technology solutions.\r\nDatabase Expertise: 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases.\r\nCloud & DevOps: 3+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services, alongside proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\r\nAgile Methodology: 3+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks.\r\nExperience that would be great to have\r\nAI/ML Implementation: 2+ years of experience implementing AI/ML solutions or 1+ years of experience implementing Generative AI services.\r\nPayments Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of card payment flows, including tokenization, authorization, capture, settlement, and refunds.\r\nEnterprise ERP Integration: Proven experience supporting and integrating large-scale enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, and SAP ECC.\r\nHow you'll work:\r\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
