The Master HVACR Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial refrigeration systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with clients to achieve their refrigeration goals. The role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail while working with a variety of refrigeration systems.QualificationsValid Master HVACR License in the state of New JerseyWorking knowledge of ammonia, Freon, and CO2 systems, including applicable safety regulationsTechnical skills in HVACR systems, including installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairExperience with industrial refrigeration systems and components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporatorsAbility to Travel to customer locationsKnowledge of refrigeration controls, instrumentation, and safety protocolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsRelevant certifications such as EPA 608 Universal Certification or a valid HVACR licensePhysical capability to perform job-related tasks and adhere to safety standardsAvailability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service callsPrior experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration is a plus
