Outside Sales Executive – Regional Territory Manager (Appliances)
MMC Group is hiring for a Territory Sales Executive for our long-time client who is a premier, family-owned kitchen appliance manufacturer based in DFW!This isn't a role where you build a region from scratch, you will inherit an active, established book of business, consisting of local retailers, wholesalers, and custom builders from day one!Because our client is a privately held, values-driven business, you will work directly with leadership, run your territory like your own business, and see the direct impact of your efforts.Why This Role is Different:Warm Portfolio: You step directly into a thriving territory where 85% of your customer base is concentrated right here in the DFW Metroplex.True Relationship Management: While you will oversee the full sales lifecycle (from custom quotes to purchase orders), you are backed by a rock-solid inside sales and customer service support team. They handle the heavy data entry and order processing logistics so you can focus on building deep customer rapport and driving revenue.Total Autonomy: You completely own your calendar, travel strategy, and schedule.Key Responsibilities:Dealer & Builder Partnership: Act as a consultative product and design expert for appliance showrooms, wholesalers, and residential builders. Educate their sales teams, maximize showroom floor displays, and help them close deals.Territory Expansion: Maintain and deepen relationships within the existing book of business while identifying high-value regional sales channels to capture new market share.Account Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the pipeline from custom quotation to order entry, utilizing the internal NAV system to verify pricing, custom specifications, and product availability.Strategic Field Travel: Run the DFW hub effectively while managing brief, quarterly regional travel to connect in-person with accounts in Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Northern Louisiana.Qualifications:Experience: 4+ years of proven success in B2B outside sales or territory management. Experience within the premium kitchen/bath space, appliance industry, building materials, or decorative plumbing is highly preferred.Channel Savvy: Demonstrated success selling directly to distributor networks, dealer showrooms, or residential home builders.Technical Aptitude: Comfortable managing data, generating custom written quotes, navigating electronic catalogs, and working within CRM or ERP systems (NAV experience is a plus).Mindset: An entrepreneurial, self-starting individual with a "can-do" attitude, exceptional communication skills, and high attention to detail.Benefits & Compensation StructureCompetitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Upside ($150k+ OTE)Immediate commission revenue from an inherited, active account baseComprehensive Travel & Expense Coverage (Company CreditCard)Car Allowance & Cell Phone/Tech ReimbursementFull Health Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision)
