This role is responsible for defining test strategies, planning and executing integration and validation activities, preparing test documentation, supporting customer deployments, and leading demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, integration, verification, validation, customer interaction, and technical leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead validation and integration activities throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in estimation and bid activities for new projects.Define integration strategies and develop integration trees aligned with system release plans.Perform module, program, and unit testing of software components.Develop, deploy, and maintain software supporting test management, test design, test execution, and result verification.Prepare test plans, testing strategies, and validation approaches.Plan, estimate, monitor, and control Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification (IVVQ) activities.Prepare and execute test campaigns, analyze results, and document findings.Write, maintain, and update integration and verification test procedures.Support troubleshooting activities in staging and Software Integration Laboratory (SIL) environments using software and hardware tools.Identify required test equipment, including calibration requirements for each testing activity.Define validation scenarios, acceptance criteria, and operational test conditions to verify system compliance.Lead customer demonstrations and present validation results.Travel to customer sites to support deployments and resolve technical issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system issues.Ensure customer expectations are met throughout project execution.Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of experience in Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification (IVVQ), testing, or related engineering roles, regardless of education level.Will be involved in the estimation/bid phaseThis is on the validation and ingegration sideThis person must have experience writing test plans and deciding strategies for testingWill be presenting to the custome.
