Novosel, AL.\nMust be a US Citizen\nMust possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance.\nThe IT Program Manager will assume comprehensive responsibility for the program’s operations, ensuring meticulous oversight of diverse functions such as technical and engineering support, cybersecurity measures, IT operations, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), telecommunications, and systems management. This role encompasses the facilitation of operations, maintenance, and enhancement of current and forthcoming governmental IT infrastructures. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to our dedicated team and foster robust partnerships with our governmental client.\nJob Responsibilities:\nServe as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.\nMaintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.\nProvide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.\nManage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.\nPlan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.\nServe as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.\nAnalyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.\nReview and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.\n\nQualifications\n\nMust be a US Citizen.\nDoD Secret Security Clearance\nBA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\nManagement experience in the IT field (Combined technical and project).\nExperience as a Project Manager in an IT Enterprise Management and help desk-centric environment.\nExperience in information technology that includes areas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN) /Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, SharePoint, virtual machines, and video teleconferencing.\nPreferred:\nProgram Management Plus (PMP) certification or Certified Associate Project Manager.\nExperience providing DoD organizations with technical editing support.\nExperience managing government programs.\nExperience in scheduling, managing document reviews, and development of technical documents for the DoD.\nExperience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.\nKnowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Center operations.\nAbility to demonstrate strong attention to detail.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.\nStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThis opportunity is contingent upon successful award and contract negotiation which is currently in process.\nLink Solutions Inc. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to include paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, company-paid long and short-term disability, life insurance, referral bonuses, relocation incentive program, certification reimbursement program, retirement, and more.\nLink Solutions, Inc. is an EOE.
