You’ll play a key role in the daily flow of materials for both engineering and manufacturing teams.\nLocation - Brisbane\nSchedule - 7 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday)\nPay - $27/hr\nKey Responsibilities\nReceiving: Inspect incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or POs, and report any discrepancies or damage\nInventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system, and investigate inventory variances\nWarehouse Organization: Safely store parts and materials in designated areas to ensure accessibility and efficiency\nKitting & Fulfillment: Pick and kit parts to support production build plans and engineering projects\nShipping: Pack and ship outgoing packages (domestic and international), generate labels, and coordinate pickups\nCross-Functional Support: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and engineering teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure material readiness\nCustomer Site Visits: Travel up to 20% to fulfill spares and service needs at client locations (Bay Area)\nQualifications\n1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics role\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and inventory control processes\nHands-on experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or willingness to be trained\nDetail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving material or shipping issues\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods\nLocal to the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work on-site full-time\nStrong communication skills and team-oriented mindset\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment\nQualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
