If you’re invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world — we’d love to have you apply.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupport design and development of new ground station architecture, and provide support for antenna ground station operation and maintenance programs to ensure the operability of remotely located tracking stations.\n\nResponsible for design, development, integration, test, and operations and maintenance of both new and existing ground stations.\n\nLead and support on‑site station operations.\n\nRequirements\n\nProficient electrical and electronics hardware and system design and development experience with RF telemetry systems.\n\nExperience preparing design reviews and presentations with documented analysis/calculations to meet design requirements.\n\nExperience drafting electrical and/or mechanical schematics using CAD tools (e.g., Visio, AutoCAD, OrCAD, and similar software).\n\nExperience in integration and test procedures, including procedure and report generation.\n\nProven problem‑solving and troubleshooting experience involving multi‑layer systems.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills – ability to lead teams, interface with international customers, and engage senior leadership.\n\nExcellent communication and technical writing skills.\n\nFlexible and able to handle occasional heavy workload.\n\nWillingness to learn and expand systems knowledge.\n\nExperience with proposal activities and business development.\n\nExposure to software languages such as C++ is a plus.\n\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally, with some trips lasting multiple weeks.\n\nU.S. citizenship required.\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Systems Engineering.\n\nExperience\n\n5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: RF engineering, antenna, baseband handling, digital processing, control and monitor processing, and network and satellite communications.\n\nCompensation\nThe pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position.
