Located in White Marsh, MD, SUMATECH Inc. supports customers in achieving outstanding results from prototype to production.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full time on site Purchasing Agent for our White Marsh, MD location. In this role, the selected candidate will manage procurement activities, generate purchase orders, negotiate contracts, communicate with vendors, and maintain inventory control to support production needs. Additionally, this position requires frequent collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal purchasing strategies and timely acquisition of materials and services.QualificationsExperience in Purchasing, Procurement, and generating Purchase OrdersStrong skills in Contract Negotiation and Supplier ManagementProficiency in Customer Service and Vendor RelationsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAnalytical thinking and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with aerospace or manufacturing industries is a plusProficiency with relevant procurement software and toolsSUMATECH Inc. values motivated individuals with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
