Role Description The Emergency Response Coordinator / Loss Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role coordinates and responds to emergency calls for water, fire, and smoke damage, ensuring rapid mobilization of field teams and resources. Emergency Response CoordinatorJob Overview: As an Outside Sales - As an Emergency Response Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to respond to fire-damaged properties urgently, represent our company, and sell our board-up, contents, mitigation, and rebuild services. This position requires you to be highly motivated and sales-focused. Key Responsibilities: Locate, contact, and visit residential and commercial properties that have sustained property damageMonitor leads and dispatches in real time and respond to loss locations immediately to secure the saleUse top-notch customer service to explain our company services and put prospective customers at ease that we can handle every step of their claim processCommunicate with project manager and mitigation team SalesCollect authorizations for services to be providedDevelop relationships with local property managers, agents, emergency personnel, and administrators to help increase inbound referral leadsQualificationsOutside Sales roofing, solar and any restoration experienceCandidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly, manage expectations, and support clients experiencing stressful events.Experience in property restoration, construction, or insurance loss consulting is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, including some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as emergency needs arise.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proficiency with basic computer and mobile applications.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to safely access active job sites; relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) are a plus.
