You'll drive manufacturing quality improvements using 8D corrective action methodology, support our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, and keep production running at the highest standards.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nDevelop and implement quality standards; monitor and analyze quality performance\nInvestigate product/production issues and drive corrective actions using 8D methodology\nPerform and participate in internal audits; maintain QMS procedures, records, and calibration schedules\nProvide IPC training and refereeing to production teams\nCollaborate with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and management on continuous improvement initiatives\nSupport safety committee activities and manage non-conforming materials\n\nRequired:\n\n3+ years of industrial experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing or automation\nWorking knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IPC 600, IPC 610, J-STD-001\nExperience with 8D corrective action methodology\nData-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nBachelor's degree in a science or technical field (or equivalent)\n\nRequirements:\n\nUS Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required (ITAR registered facility)\nOn-site Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in Camarillo, CA\n\nA bit about us:\n-\n\nHeadquartered in Camarillo, CA, we are a global motion control leader designing and manufacturing high-performance servo drives and motor controllers trusted across 14,000+ production applications worldwide — from robotics and aerospace to medical, defense, and warehouse automation.
