Tax Attorney

We are hiring associates with at least thee (3) years of experience to join a leading Global Tax practice supporting a sophisticated investment funds platform. The team advises on complex domestic and cross‑border tax matters arising from high‑value business activity worldwide, including fund formation and structuring, corporate transactions and restructurings, and a broad range of financial transactions.Qualifications include:Experience handling transactional tax matters; prior exposure to U.S. and international investment fund taxation is a plus, but not requiredPrevious experience at a law firm is required, with large‑firm experience strongly preferredStrong academic credentials for top tier law schoolLicense to practice, or can become licensed to practice, in New York or PhiladelphiaIf qualified and interested, please submit your resume in word format.
